Rabbit Hole
Wood, plexiglass, digital and film photography, cyanotype, projection mapping, weaving, found images and information The digital age is changing the way we research and metabolize information. I want people to reconsider how they’re engaging with real and artificial intelligence on the internet.

Inspired by Claire Bishop’s definition of research-based art, I created an installation that’s a physical manifestation of a digital rabbit hole to investigates the nature of truth on the internet.

I connected seemingly random elements and materials in the same way pages & websites are linked by hyperlinks & algorithms.

Laser-cut stencil book made of designs done on Adobe Illustrator. Presented next to a stack of paper so people could participate in the artwork.
All tables built by hand by Giulia Bellon, weaving done in collaboration with Mikayla Stout.
The photographs are a mix of found images from Wikipedia and ImageAtlas. These images correspond to hyperlinks found on Wikipedia. They are both digitally printed and cyanotyped, suggesting movement and translation between digital and physical.
